Start with this must-have base:
- 1 scoop of our collagen protein powder OR any ‘clean’ protein powder of your choice OR a raw egg
- 🍌 1 frozen banana
- 🥄 1 scoop chia seeds
- 🧊 1 small handful ice
- 🥄 1 tablespoon Berry Bombshell Nut Butter
Now add your choice of these:
Experiment ‘til you find your perfect smoothie:
- ADD LIQUID: 250ml (about a cup) of water, coconut water, or milk of choice (could be a plant based milk, just try to avoid those with seed and vegetable oils, olive oil or coconut oil is fine)
- MAKE IT THICK: add 1⁄4 of an avocado, a teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon Berry Bombshell Nut Butter or a tablespoon of LSA mix
- ADD FLAVOUR: choose a handful of berries (frozen is great too!), a mango cheek, a scoop of raw cacao or carob powder, a drizzle of honey, a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg.
