We can’t go past a good cookie (obviously) and here Sarah uses healthier ingredient alternatives than your average homemade choc chip cookie recipe. Sugar spikes be gone!
Makes: 8-10 depending on preferred size
Products used: Peanut Nutter Nut Butter
Dietaries: gluten-free, dairy-free
Sugar: 2.5-3 g per cookie depending on size
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein
- 2 tbsp Peanut Nutter Nut Butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark choc chunks
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A good sprinkle of rock salt
What to do
- Combine all together & mould into balls
- Line a baking tray and flatten balls onto the baking tray
- Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins, or until golden
- Allow to cool and then serve
