Another guest recipe from our Beauty Foodie of the month, Jaclyn Cave. We love a simple brekkie bowl and this one is prepped to set overnight, so you have nothing to worry about in the morning... except your delicious toppings of course!

Products used: Berry Bombshell Nut Butter
Dietaries: gluten-free, dairy-free
Sugar: no added sugar
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup cooked beetroot (you can use cooked and frozen too)
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Berry Bombshell Nut Butter
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup oats
What to do
- Add all ingredients to your blender, with the exception of the oats. Blitz until smooth
- Pour berry mixture into a bowl, stir through the oats
- Move to the fridge to set overnight
- In the morning add yoghurt, sprinkle with toppings of your choice. I’ve used coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and granola. Stir through additional milk if you prefer a creamier texture. Enjoy!
